Eligibility for Compensation
1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If your coffee package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will provide a voucher equivalent to the value of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
2. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
• If delivery to your address is unsuccessful for two consecutive nights, AED 14 will be deducted from your account credit to cover delivery costs.
3. Quality Concerns
• If the coffee does not meet the promised quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a voucher as compensation.
Non-Refundable Cases
• We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
• Personalized or custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
• Issues related to taste preferences are not eligible for vouchers.
